Freedom Day USA – A Thank You to Our Military
As many of you know, we continue to be an active participant in Freedom Day USA which is America’s Largest Military Thank You Event!
On October 12, 2017, we are pleased to provide a variety of complimentary dental services to active Military, their immediate family and to Veterans who schedule a visit on event day. We are one of eleven dental practices participating throughout the state of North Carolina. This is our way of showing you how grateful we are for your service and for the sacrifices you have made for our freedom.
You do not have to be a patient in our practice to participate in this event. Simply call 919.383.7402 or contact us to schedule an appointment. Be sure to let us know that you are a member of our Military when scheduling. Call NOW…Appointments are limited!! Be sure to bring your Military ID or a copy of your DD214 to your appointment.
